Hi, I am seeking a reliable, kind person to provide light daily support for my 86-year-old mother (excellent mentally, good-natured) in exchange for free accommodation. (The €400 is because you have to put a price in)
House in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, with excellent transport: Lansdowne Road DART (~12–15 min walk), Ranelagh Luas (~10–12 min), frequent buses, and the city centre is a 15–20 minutes walk.
Nearby amenities include Donnybrook Fair, Spar, Centra, Tesco Express, Avoca, Herbert Park, cafés, restaurants, shops, Aviva Stadium, RDS and good local schools.
What you receive: a private room for yourself, shared house access, and most utilities included (you may only pay for your own room electricity; the room has its own electricity meter).
Daily commitment: 25–30 minutes of care (morning OR afternoon OR evening) once per day.
Typical tasks: medication reminders, short walks/companionship, light personal care, heating simple meals, and gentle conversation.
House rules: no visitors, no pets, quiet household (no loud noise).
