Chambre simple/double disponible dans une maison à Donabate, de mi-juin / début juillet jusqu’au 6 septembre.
Loyer : 900€ / mois ou 225€ / semaine.
Possibilité de réduire à 750€ contre du dog sitting!
La maison est située à Donabate, à 30–45 minutes de Dublin City Centre en train et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Elle comprend 3 chambres, 1 salon, 1 cuisine, 3 salles de bains et un grand jardin.
La chambre dispose d’un lit simple extensible en lit double, d’un bureau et d’une armoire.
Colocation avec moi (femme, 30 ans) et un chien (greyhound). Je recherche quelqu’un de propre, respectueux, qui aime les chiens et avec une bonne énergie :)

The house is located in Donabate, 30–45 minutes from Dublin City Centre by train and a 10-minute walk from the station. It includes 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a large garden.
The room has a single bed that converts into a double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe.
You will be sharing with me (female, 30) and a greyhound dog. I am looking for someone clean, respectful, who likes dogs, and with good energy :)
