Mum with kids living in a small 2-bedroom apartment in Crumlin and looking for a quiet, professional person to rent the second room.
Ideally looking for someone who is working full-time and not at home all day, as the apartment is shared with my children and the space is quite small. We will also be sharing the bathroom/toilet.
Location is very convenient:
* Close to Dublin City Centre
* 77, 151, and 27 bus routes nearby
* About 10 minutes to the Luas
* Around 30 minutes by bus to the city centre
* About 50 minutes walking distance to the city centre
* Free parking available
Rent can be paid in full monthly. Electricity bills are separate and shared monthly.
Looking for someone respectful, clean, quiet, and easygoing.
